I did not want to purchase this product through the company because they try to over sell you even if it's a free trial. I didn't mind purchasing it this way to try it even though it did not include all the instructions. The product was alright, but I wasn't enthused. Also, it has one side for sweet foods and the other for regular. So to use this more effectively you should have two of these as to not run out before the end of 30 days.

I really like Sensa
I am not sure what it is that takes my appetite, but I have begun to eat less portions of the foods I actually enjoy. I would not have believed it except that I have lost 3 pound in 5 days from portion control. Sensa has provided that for me. I eat my normal foods sprinkled with salt/sugar which ever applies and I eat maybe 4 to 5 bites versus 4-5 pieces of something. I am a stress eater and it had caught up with my 5"4 frame. I love Sensa will continue to use. Rule: USE IT CONSISTANTLY,NOT ONCE IN AWHILE... It may not work for everyone, but I am pretty sure I have found something that can keep me from OVER EATING. Most diets want you to not eat or eat things you absolutley hate. This is a grand alternative. Do the $17.00 1st month shaker here on Amazon. That way if it doesnt work then your out like $20.00 tops. If it works, buy the individual months at $17.00 versus the entire pricey 6 month supply on other sites or the actual Sensa site. Watch out for the auto billing on...

Works but takes an effort
Sensa Month 2 worked for me, but it did take more effort than Month 1. My appetite did decrease. This is not a miracle cure, but it was a good aid in reducing my appetite. I did use the entire Month 2 container. Once Month 2 was over, it was easier on Month 3. I guess I am one of the luckier people. Sensa has worked for me. I have lost 30 pounds in 4 months (with moderate exercise, too.) There has definitely been a huge decrease in my appetite.

Fantastic
I started taking Sensa in November. When I weighed in December I had lost 11 pounds. It's really working for me. You get to eat the same foods. I have quite a bit of more weight to lose, so I will be on it for about another year.I am not weighing myself, I am looking at the fact the my clothes are getting loose. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Just remember to use the shaker on everything. I think I would have lost more but I kept forgetting to use the shaker.
